However, we understand that there may be instances where a return, exchange, or warranty claim is necessary. This page outlines the terms and conditions that govern our processes of handling faulty product and change of mind transactions.
Notify
Please notify us immediately if you intend to return, exchange, or make a warranty claim. Be sure to include proof of purchase and any relevant photos or information.
Return
Please ship the product back or drop it off at our warehouse for inspection and evaluation by our technical team.
Conclusion
We will inform you of the evaluation outcome and process your request, as long as it complies with our policies.
Conditions for All Transactions
- All refunds, exchanges, repair requests, or warranty claims must be
accompanied by one of the following proof of purchase documents: Paid
Tax Invoice, Delivery Slip, or a Sales Order document. Quotations
documents will not be accepted as a proof of purchase.
- Our team members ARE NOT responsible for providing your proof of purchase; it is the customer's responsibility to supply the mentioned documentation for validation.
- Customers must ensure that the product is securely packed to prevent any damage during the return shipping process.
- All returns and exchanges much include all original accessories, manuals, packaging materials, or any components originally included in the packaging.
- Refunds will be processed using the same method of payment of the original purchase unless otherwise agreed upon between Tigerlink Hardware and the customer.
- Tigerlink Hardware reserves the right to refuse returns, exchanges,
refunds, or warranty claims that do not meet the stated criteria or are
beyond the allowed time frames described in Condition 2 below.
Condition 1: Faulty Products/Warranty Claims
If you receive a product that is found to be defective or faulty due to manufacturing or other issues attributable to Tigerlink Hardware, please notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product at the earliest opportunity, along with descriptions, photos, or videos explaining the fault(s).
Upon receipt of the faulty product and assessment by our team, if it is determined that the issue is indeed from our end and not due to customer misuse or damage, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund in accordance with relevant laws and regulations concerning product warranties and consumer rights.
Condition 2: Change of Mind
For change of mind returns or exchanges, we will be pleased to assist you based on the following conditions:
- You must notify us of your intention to return or exchange the product(s) at the earliest opportunity.
- The product must be returned with all accessories and packaging intact and in its original saleable condition determined by OUR assessment.
- Used or installed products cannot be returned under any circumstances except under Condition 1 (Faulty Products).
- Refunds and exchanges apply to the cost of products only and do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Return shipping costs and risks shall be the responsibility of the customer.
Time Periods for Change of Mind Returns (from the date of receipt of products):

Within 7 days | We will provide a refund/credit or arrange for a replacement, depending on your preference if the product(s) meets the conditions stated above, except mechanical and electrical products. Due to the vulnerable nature of mechanical and electrical products, a 10% restocking fee may apply. |
After 7 days but no more than 60 days | 20% restocking fee will be applied on the product cost. Transaction may be processed as either a refund or store credit. |
After 60 days but no more than 180 days | 20% restocking fee will be applied on product cost. Transaction may only be processed as store credit. |
After 180 days | No change of mind returns can be accepted. |
Policy Updates:
Tigerlink Hardware reserves the right to modify or update refund/return/exchange policies at any time without prior notice. Any changes made will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. Date and time of update is shown at the bottom of this page, indicating the date and time the updated policies come into effect.
